Shooting is the part of her life she talks about most naturally. She looks forward to training days, enjoys studying the technical details of the sport, and approaches every session with a clear purpose. Her commitment extends beyond the range. Hind balances a full-time career with regular shooting practice, strength training, recovery, nutrition, and careful preparation. She plans her sessions in advance, tracks her progress in a shooting journal, and pays close attention to the small habits that influence consistency. Outside sport, Hind is naturally social, outgoing, and comfortable around people. She enjoys travelling, meeting new people, and taking part in professional and public-facing settings. She takes her athletic goals seriously, while remaining approachable, relaxed, and easy to work with. Her long-term ambition is to develop into a strong international skeet shooter and represent the UAE at major competitions. Early gym before the heat, then the range in the late morning: stations, pairs, and video review with her coach. Afternoons are for study, dry mounts at home (her wall knows her mount better than she does), and breathing work before bed. Repetition is the whole secret. ### What's the hardest part of the sport? The silence between targets. The shooting is trained into her body. But standing on station five in a final, keeping her heartbeat quiet, that's the real competition. It's why she treats breathing like equipment. ### What does representing the UAE mean to her? Everything. When she stands on an international line, she is not just Hind. She is proof that an Emirati woman belongs there. The flag on her shoulder is not decoration. It is the reason. ### What is the long-term goal? To compete for the UAE at the highest level the sport offers. That is earned slowly, through world ranking points and continental championships, and every season is judged on the same 25 targets, one breath each. ### How can I support her journey? Sponsorship is the most direct way: from backing a season to equipment, travel or media partnerships. Head to the Sponsorship page, download her proposal, or send a message through Connect. Every message reaches her, and she answers personally. ### Does she visit schools or coach beginners? Yes, whenever her calendar allows. It's part of her mission. If her journey helps one more Emirati girl pick up the sport earlier than she did, that's a target broken. Reach out through the Connect page. ### What does she do outside of shooting? She recharges simply: family, long walks when the weather is kind, and she studies the sport: finals footage, sports psychology, the details. Even her rest points at the same goal. ### Who is the only female skeet shooter in the UAE? Hind Algergawi. She is an Emirati athlete based in Dubai and the only woman in the United Arab Emirates competing in skeet, a shotgun discipline shot over eight stations between two launch houses. She competes in ISSF Olympic Skeet (Women). ### Tell me about Hind Algergawi Hind Algergawi is an Emirati athlete building her pathway in Olympic skeet shooting. What began as a hobby became a serious professional pursuit, driven by discipline, precision, and a wish to represent Emirati women in a highly specialised sport. ### What is Olympic skeet? Olympic skeet is shot over eight stations between two launch houses, with clay targets crossing at around ninety kilometres an hour. A qualification round is twenty-five targets, and a full competition runs one hundred and twenty-five across five rounds, with the final scored from zero. ### How does she train? Training is not only range time. Hind plans sessions before she arrives, keeps a shooting journal of what happened in practice, which targets felt difficult, what changed technically and how she responded mentally, and reviews her movements and patterns afterwards. ### How does sponsorship work? Sponsorship starts with one message. Every enquiry reaches Hind personally and is usually answered within two days. Use the sponsorship button and tell her what you have in mind. ### How can media reach her? Media enquiries go through the contact form on the Connect page, or straight to her email. Interviews, features and appearances are all handled personally. ## Pages open to AI crawlers - [Profile and story](https://hindalgergawi.com/) — who she is, in her own words - [Background](https://hindalgergawi.com/background) — how she came to the sport - [Shooting](https://hindalgergawi.com/shooting) — what skeet is, how she shoots it, and her record - [What is skeet?](https://hindalgergawi.com/shooting#partSkeet) — the sport explained from the beginning, on the same page ## Everything else is out of scope The journal, the reels, the contact page and the partnerships page are not open to AI crawlers, and neither is the uploads folder.
